Refund and Returns Policy - MAMBA MTB Coaching

Thank you for your purchase. All sales on mambamtb.com are processed under the following terms.

Merch (jerseys, socks, gloves)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size chosen incorrectly by the customer, or simply not liking the product.

Exception - defective item or our error: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you have 7 days from delivery to email us at elgranfondodeotto@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. In these cases we offer a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been worn, washed, or are missing their original tags.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Coaching sessions (individual, packages, clinics, masterclass, Mini Riders)

You may reschedule your session at no cost by giving at least 24 hours notice via WhatsApp or email.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Session packages and memberships are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after that period are forfeited and non-refundable.

Spots in group clinics, the masterclass, and kids programs are final once confirmed - no refunds for a change of plans on the customer's part.

If MAMBA MTB Coaching cancels a session (weather, safety, force majeure), the customer may choose between a free reschedule or a full refund.

How to request something

Email us at Mambamtb1@gmail.com or reach out via WhatsApp with your order number. We respond within 24-48 business hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
