Terms of Service - MAMBA MTB Coaching

Welcome to mambamtb.com. By accessing this site, placing an order, or booking a coaching session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who We Are

MAMBA MTB Coaching provides mountain bike and road cycling coaching, group clinics, youth programs, and branded cycling apparel, operated by Otto Bolanos in New York, NY.

2. Coaching Services and Assumption of Risk

Cycling, mountain biking, and related physical activities carry inherent risks of injury. By booking any coaching session, clinic, masterclass, or program, you confirm that you are physically able to participate, or that you have obtained any necessary medical clearance, and that you accept these risks. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian's written consent to take part in Mini Riders or any youth program.

MAMBA MTB Coaching is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from participation in our sessions, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Bookings and Scheduling

After purchase, the date, time, and location of your session are coordinated directly by WhatsApp or email. It is the client's responsibility to respond promptly to confirm these details.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at mambamtb.com/policies/refund-policy.

6. Merchandise

Product photos are for illustration purposes only; actual color and texture may vary slightly. Please review the sizing chart on each product page before ordering, as returns for a size chosen incorrectly by the customer are not accepted under our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the MAMBA and MAMBA Academy names, logos, photos, and videos, is the property of MAMBA MTB Coaching and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAMBA MTB Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
